Researchers from Imperial College London found that high protein food reduces the habit of appetizing you repeatedly, which helps control obesity.




Researchers found that the dose of rat decreased by ten percent. Along with that part of the brain which controls the appetite also increases the activation of amino acids.

A dietary protein component called Phenylalanine, which is found in high protein food, stimulates hunger-control hormones. During this research, the researchers gave details of their brain activity and hunger habits by providing a dosage of phenylalanine to a mouse.
